Bringing Families Together
Our Services
-
Our team is experienced in all aspects of family-based immigration. We assist you in determining the best possible strategy to keep your family together.
U.S. Citizens: You may file a petition for your parents, spouse, siblings, and children.
Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders): You may petition for a spouse and unmarried children.
-
If you are the fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen, you may be eligible for a non-immigrant K-1 visa. This allows you to enter the United States on the condition that you legally marry the U.S. citizen petitioner within 90 days of arrival.
-
Becoming a U.S. citizen is the final step in the immigration journey. We assist Lawful Permanent Residents who have met the residency requirements in applying for naturalization.
-
Individuals who have a credible fear of persecution in their home country due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group may be eligible for asylum or refugee status. We advocate for your right to safety in the United States.
-
Deferred Action is a discretionary determination to defer removal action against an individual. Individuals who meet specific guidelines may be eligible to receive employment authorization for a period of deferred action, generally renewable every two years.
-
B-1/B-2 Visitor Visa: If you wish to visit the U.S. for business or pleasure, we can assist you in obtaining the necessary visa for a short-term stay.
F-1 Student Visa: This option is available for those who wish to further their education in the United States. Help is available to guide you through the application process and maintenance of status.
